Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt beim Scouting von Creator:innen mit Persönlichkeiten & Haltung, die zu unseren Partnerbrands passen.
Du unterstützt das Creator Management im operativen Tagesgeschäft in vorbereitender Tätigkeit.
Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit unseren Creator:innen, der Koordination von Deadlines, bei Freigaben und allen organisatorischen Details.
Du beobachtest Trends, Plattform-Updates und neue Creator-Dynamiken, bringst Ideen ein und hilfst, Kampagnen noch einzigartiger zu machen.

Dein Profil

Du bist gerade im Studium und suchst ein (das beste) Pflichtpraktikum in Berlin.
Du hast Bock auf Social Media & den Einblick hinter die Kulissen.
Du bist organisiert, behältst den Überblick und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
Deutsch sitzt & Englisch läuft: So kannst du zwischen Creator*innen, Brand und Team switchen.

Your tasks

Support in identifying and scouting creators whose personalities and values align with our partner brands.
Assist the Creator Management team with day-to-day operations and preparatory tasks.
Help manage communication with creators, coordinate deadlines, handle approvals, and oversee organizational details.
Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and emerging creator dynamics, contribute creative ideas, and help make campaigns stand out.

Your profile

You are currently studying and looking for an exciting mandatory internship in Berlin.
You’re passionate about social media and eager to get a behind-the-scenes look.
You’re organized, keep track of multiple tasks, and have an eye for detail.
Strong German and good English skills allow you to smoothly switch between creators, brands, and the team.
