Deine Aufgaben

Du verwandelst Insights in erste Ideen und hast Lust daraus, gemeinsam mit dem Team, Kampagnen zu entwickeln.
Du unterstützt bei Brainstormings, entwickelst erste Konzeptskizzen, bringst frische Perspektiven ein und hilfst dabei, Projekte in die richtige kreative Richtung zu schubsen.
Du erkennst, wenn eine Idee Potenzial hat oder willst lernen, es zu erkennen und hast keine Angst, Feedback einzuholen oder selbst deine Gedanken einzubringen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Art, Strategie und Beratung zusammen.

Dein Profil

Du studierst aktuell und hast Interesse an kreativer Arbeit, Ideen und Kampagnen, egal aus welcher Branche.
Du bist neugierig und hast Lust deine Gedanken einzubringen, zu diskutieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
Du arbeitest gern im Team, kannst Feedback geben und annehmen und hast Lust, mit unterschiedlichen Disziplinen zusammenzuarbeiten.
Du bist kein A*schloch, wohnst in Berlin & sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.

Your tasks

You turn insights into initial ideas and are excited to develop campaigns together with the team.
You support brainstorming sessions, create early concept sketches, bring fresh perspectives, and help guide projects in the right creative direction.
You can spot when an idea has potential—or are eager to learn how—and aren’t afraid to seek feedback or share your own thoughts.
You work closely with Art, Strategy, and Account teams.

Your profile

You are currently studying and have an interest in creative work, ideas, and campaigns, no matter the industry.
You are curious and eager to share your thoughts, discuss, and develop them further.
You enjoy working in a team, can give and receive feedback, and are excited to collaborate across different disciplines.
You are not a jerk, based in Berlin, and fluent in German.
