Senior Producer*in (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Bewegtbildproduktionen von Social Formaten bis zu CTV Kampagnen.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Creatives zusammen und entwickelst Produktionen, die Marken relevant machen und auf allen Plattformen funktionieren.

  • Du planst Budgets, koordinierst Timings und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, im Studio, am Set und in der Postproduktion.

  • Du steigst in der Feinkonzeptionsphase ein und bist bis zur Veröffentlichung für den gesamten Prozess der Umsetzung verantwortlich.

  • Du wählst passende Partnerinnen, Regisseurinnen und Freelancerinnen aus und setzt für jedes Projekt das beste Setup zusammen.

  • Du arbeitest mit Account, Kreation und Post eng zusammen und hältst die Balance zwischen Idee, Qualität und Umsetzbarkeit.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktion von Social Media- und CTV-Content.

  • Du hast eine riesige Leidenschaft für Social Media und verstehst die Plattform sowie das 
    Nutzer*innenverhalten und kannst daraus Empfehlungen für unsere Partner ableiten.

  • Du bist kreativ UND organisiert (wenn das überhaupt geht?): Du kannst Ideen denken, aber auch Budgets, Timings und Drehtage im Griff behalten.

  • Du weißt, was es heißt ein Team zu führen, zu motivieren & auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.

  • Du hast ein echtes Netzwerk in Berlin/deutschlandweit (und das nicht nur auf LinkedIn), auf welches du im Zweifel auch mal schnell zurückgreifen kannst.

  • Du bist in Berlin zuhause, sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.

Your tasks
  • You take ownership of executing video productions, from social media formats to CTV campaigns.
  • You work closely with our creatives to develop productions that are brand-relevant and perform across all platforms.
  • You plan budgets, coordinate timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the studio, on set, and in post-production.
  • You get involved in the fine-concept phase and oversee the entire production process through to release.
  • You select the right partners, directors, and freelancers, putting together the best setup for each project.
  • You collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Post teams, balancing idea, quality, and feasibility.
Your profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience producing social media and CTV content.
  • You have a genuine passion for social media, understand the platforms and user behavior, and can translate insights into actionable recommendations for our partners.
  • You are both creative and organized (yes, it’s possible!): able to generate ideas while keeping budgets, timelines, and shoot days under control.
  • You know what it takes to lead and motivate a team, maintaining oversight even in high-pressure situations.
  • You have a strong network in Berlin and across Germany (and not just on LinkedIn) that you can quickly tap into when needed.
  • You are based in Berlin, fluent in German, and have business-level English proficiency.
