  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
  • Du wohnst in Berlin oder arbeitest remote in Deutschland
  • Du bist kein A*schloch
  • Du bist hungrig (nicht auf Brammibal's Donuts)
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Arbeit
  • Du schlägst eine Lösung vor, wenn du ein Problem hast
  • Du gibst Feedback und nimmst es professionell entgegen

  • You are based in Berlin or work remotely in Germany

  • You take responsibility for your work
  • You propose a solution, if you have a problem
  • You give feedback and receive it professionally
