Your tasks

  • You love the internet.
  • You turn insights into ideas and ideas into campaigns that actually work: creatively surprising, culturally relevant, and (pretty please) not generic.
  • As a Skill Lead, you guide the concept team both professionally and disciplinarily and you’ve done this before (or can convince us why you’re still the perfect fit).
  • You can spot when a concept has potential, know how to take it to the next level, and provide feedback that genuinely helps.
  • Your toolkit? Narrative arcs like a Netflix series and campaign dramaturgy with a popcorn effect (yes, ChatGPT said “popcorn effect”).
  • You work closely with Art, Strategy, and Account teams: side by side, not in silos. (Teamwork > titles)
  • You stay curious. About new platforms, old trends, TikTok lingo, and whatever will be trending in group chats tomorrow.

Your profile

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency where “Social First” isn’t just a buzzword.
  • You lead teams with clarity and empathy, helping people grow, giving honest feedback, and creating space to develop: no micromanagement!
  • Brand, audience, tone: you understand the rules of creative work and know when to break them elegantly.
  • You work in a structured, independent way and reliably bring projects across the finish line. (Obvious, but had to say it, lol.)
  • You are not a jerk.
