Deine Aufgaben
  • You love the internet.
  • Du machst aus Insights Ideen und aus Ideen Kampagnen (die auch funktionieren, lol): kreativ überraschend, kulturell relevant und (pretty please) nicht generisch.
  • Als Skill Lead führst Du fachlich und dizplinarisch das Konzeptions-Team und macht das nicht zum 1. Mal (oder überzeugst uns, warum du trotzdem der beste Fit bist).
  • Du erkennst, wenn ein Konzept Potenzial hat, weißt, wie man es gemeinsam aufs nächste Level hebt – und gibst Feedback, das weiterbringt.
  • Dein Werkzeugkasten? Spannungsbögen wie in einer Netflix-Serie und Kampagnendramaturgie mit Popcorn-Effekt (ja, Popcorn-Effekt hat ChatGPT geschrieben).
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Art, Strategie und Beratung – im Schulterschluss, nicht im Silo. (Teamplay > Titel)
  • Du bleibst neugierig. Auf neue Plattformen, alte Trends, TikTok-Lingo und das, was morgen in den Group-Chats diskutiert wird.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der kreativen Konzeption. Idealerweise in einer Agentur, wo „Social First” nicht nur ein Buzzword ist.
  • Du führst Teams mit Klarheit und Empathie. Du entwickelst Menschen weiter, gibst ehrliches Feedback und lässt Raum zum Wachsen (kein Micromanagement!!!).
  • Marke, Zielgruppe, Tonalität : du verstehst die Spielregeln der Kreation und weißt, wann man sie elegant bricht.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und bringst Projekte zuverlässig über die Ziellinie. (Should be obvious, aber muss irgendwie hier mit rein, lol.)
  • Du bist kein Arschloch.

Your tasks
  • You love the internet.
  • You turn insights into ideas and ideas into campaigns that actually work: creatively surprising, culturally relevant, and (pretty please) not generic.
  • As a Skill Lead, you guide the concept team both professionally and disciplinarily and you’ve done this before (or can convince us why you’re still the perfect fit).
  • You can spot when a concept has potential, know how to take it to the next level, and provide feedback that genuinely helps.
  • Your toolkit? Narrative arcs like a Netflix series and campaign dramaturgy with a popcorn effect (yes, ChatGPT said “popcorn effect”).
  • You work closely with Art, Strategy, and Account teams: side by side, not in silos. (Teamwork > titles)
  • You stay curious. About new platforms, old trends, TikTok lingo, and whatever will be trending in group chats tomorrow.
Your profile
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency where “Social First” isn’t just a buzzword.
  • You lead teams with clarity and empathy, helping people grow, giving honest feedback, and creating space to develop: no micromanagement!
  • Brand, audience, tone: you understand the rules of creative work and know when to break them elegantly.
  • You work in a structured, independent way and reliably bring projects across the finish line. (Obvious, but had to say it, lol.)
  • You are not a jerk.
