Your tasks

  • Acting as the gatekeeper of our office, managing the daily flow of mail and running errands with authorities

  • Making sure we're fuelled and focused, ordering food, drinks, and essential office supplies

  • Streamlining our management's busy schedules, coordinating appointments with precision and poise

  • Mastering the art of travel planning and booking, sending us smoothly on our voyages

  • Liaising with external service providers, from suppliers and craftsmen to cleaning services, making our office a well-oiled machine

  • Maintaining the inventory of our daily work equipment, ensuring every laptop and cell phone is in its rightful place

  • Lending a helping hand in organizing events and meetings, turning our gatherings into memorable experiences

Your profile

  • An empathetic communicator who effortlessly navigates interactions with a wide range of personalities

  • A pro at organisation and time management, with a keen attention to detail that lets nothing slip through the cracks

  • Savvy with word processing and spreadsheet programs such as Google Workspace, as well as project management and teamwork software

  • Adaptable and flexible, you take unexpected changes in stride and turn problems into solutions

  • A service-oriented individual, putting the needs of our team and guests at the forefront of your responsibilities

  • A self-starter with a high initiative, ready to take ownership and contribute to our agency's success

  • Fluent in English; German language skills good enough to win over any authorities
