Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest eigenverantwortlich die interne Projektsteuerung eines mehrköpfigen Teams und berätst unsere Partner*innen.
Du betreust komplexe Always-On Projekte und Kampagnen auf sozialen Netzwerken (Instagram und TikTok) und begleitest sie von Strategie und Konzept bis hin zu Performance Marketing.
Mit Weitblick und Proaktivität führst und berätst du unsere Partner*innen und entwickelst Lösungen, die nachhaltiges Wachstum fördern.
Du entwickelst effiziente Kommunikations- und Organisationsstrukturen gemeinsam mit dem Team und setzt hohe Standards für Qualität, Timelines und Budgetmanagement.
Du etablierst Prozesse und Workflows, die eine transparente und einheitliche Kommunikation über alle beteiligten Teams hinweg sicherstellen, und stärkst das Vertrauen in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partner*innen.

Dein Profil

Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in strategischer Partnerführung und Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise im Social-Media-Bereich (Fokus Instagram & TikTok) und im Umgang mit komplexen Kommunikationsprojekten.
Dich zeichnen Proaktivität, Problemlösungskompetenz und hohe Eigeninitiative aus. Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und hoher Qualitätsanspruch gehören zu deinen Stärken.
Du denkst strategisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und passt hervorragend zu unserer offenen, teamorientierten Unternehmenskultur.
Dir sind die wichtigsten Social KPIs vertraut und du kannst die entsprechenden Zahlen richtig deuten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verhandlungssicher Englisch.
Du bist gern und regelmäßig im Berliner Office – nicht jeden Tag, aber auch nicht nur einmal im Monat. Wie oft? Das klärst du eigenverantwortlich mit deinem Team.

Your tasks

Take full ownership of internal project management for a multi-person team and advise our partners.
Manage complex always-on projects and social media campaigns (Instagram and TikTok), guiding them from strategy and concept through to performance marketing.
Lead and advise our partners with foresight and proactivity, developing solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with the team to create efficient communication and organizational structures, setting high standards for quality, timelines, and budget management.
Establish processes and workflows that ensure transparent and consistent communication across all involved teams, strengthening trust in our partnerships.

Your profile

You bring at least 3 years of experience in strategic partner management and project management, ideally within social media (focused on Instagram & TikTok) and handling complex communication projects.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and highly self-motivated. Independence, structure, and a strong commitment to quality are among your key strengths.
You think strategically, take ownership of your work, and fit seamlessly into our open, team-oriented company culture.
You are familiar with key social media KPIs and can interpret the numbers accurately.
You are fluent in German and have business-level English proficiency.
You enjoy working regularly from our Berlin office, not every day, but more than once a month and coordinate your schedule responsibly with your team.
