Your tasks

  • Take full ownership of internal project management for a multi-person team and advise our partners.
  • Manage complex always-on projects and social media campaigns (Instagram and TikTok), guiding them from strategy and concept through to performance marketing.
  • Lead and advise our partners with foresight and proactivity, developing solutions that drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to create efficient communication and organizational structures, setting high standards for quality, timelines, and budget management.
  • Establish processes and workflows that ensure transparent and consistent communication across all involved teams, strengthening trust in our partnerships.

Your profile

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in strategic partner management and project management, ideally within social media (focused on Instagram & TikTok) and handling complex communication projects.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and highly self-motivated. Independence, structure, and a strong commitment to quality are among your key strengths.
  • You think strategically, take ownership of your work, and fit seamlessly into our open, team-oriented company culture.
  • You are familiar with key social media KPIs and can interpret the numbers accurately.
  • You are fluent in German and have business-level English proficiency.
  • You enjoy working regularly from our Berlin office, not every day, but more than once a month and coordinate your schedule responsibly with your team.
